Lillooet Recreation Centre Playground was one of the finalists for the BCAA Play Here contest!
The Lillooet Recreation Centre Playground was one of the finalists for the BCAA Play Here contest which was a community investment program from BCAA. This program was designed to enrich the children of British Columbia with providing up to $100,000 for creating a new playground. Suttle Recreation was selected by BCAA from an interview
process that involved meetings with Suttle Recreation and their recent clients. Suttle Recreation was honored to be a partner with BCAA Play Here and Lillooet, as a leader in playground designs they created a space with input from the community and BCAA. The Lillooet Recreation Centre Playground design was recognized as a National Demonstration Site by Playcore for meeting best practices in design and program elements of PlayOn promoting Physical Activity.
